All purchases are final and no returns are accepted unless the package was damaged during transit, at which time the item can be exchanged. Please understand that if such an issue arises, item return shipping and its subsequent cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
To file a claim, please contact us within 3 days OR 72 hours of the time listed on your tracking number. Please include your order number in the subject line, attach any applicable photos and send your claim to kenton@wrenburybrand.com. We will respond promptly.
Domestic Shipping is provided by both usps and fedex depending on your selections at checkout. Stanrd shipping comes with an arrival estimate of 5-7 days. expedited shipping selections are shipped using usps priority mail with an arrival estimate of 2-3 days. any international shipping is $25. For international shipments, please understand we are not responsible for any additional customs import duty taxes that need to be paid upon receipt.
